Frequently used IT systems should be defined in the Dictionary. This way, information about the object can be centrally maintained. It can also be determined there, when the object should be used in processes.
Dictionary entries can be centrally managed and updated. When naming an IT system, a dictionary item can be picked as template for the element. If the required IT system has not been documented in the Dictionary so far, a new dictionary item can be defined by clicking the respective icon at the bottom left of the element.
